How do I check my order status?
After placing an order, we send a confirmation email with a link to track your order status.
Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that haven't shipped yet. Once your order status changes to "Preparing to Ship," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we cannot accept any modifications.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following two payment methods:

WhiskerWorks primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.
● Secure Credit Card Payment
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.
What currency will my payment be charged in?
All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate for your selected currency based on your location.
Do you offer 3 or 4 installment payment options?
We accept 3-installment payments.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship globally, including Asia, North America and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, with PayPal and credit card payment options.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
After placing an order, processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method.
How do I track my package?
After placing an order, we send a confirmation email with a link to track your order status.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, we'll arrange redelivery the next day, or our shipping partner will contact you to schedule a new delivery date, depending on your country and shipping method.
If the package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- Items must be purchased from our online store
- Items must not be used in any way
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges under the same conditions as returns.
To request an exchange, let our customer service know which item you'd like to exchange for when processing your return.
Are returns free?
To return an item, contact customer service for a return address. Once you receive it, please package the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
In some cases, return shipping is free. If your return is not due to an error on WhiskerWorks' part, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to process a return?
We confirm returns within 14 days of receiving your package.
Once your return is accepted, we'll issue a refund, exchange, or credit within 14 days of receiving your return request.
